Bath Day Trip
- Wheelchair accessible
- Heavy walking
- Good in any weather
Roman baths, Georgian crescents, and the most architecturally consistent city in England — Bath is a comfortable day trip from Southampton port.
- Start Cruise terminal pickup
- +105m Bath Taxi Tour from Southampton Port (180 min on site) — Roman Baths + Georgian walking loop
- Return Back at the cruise terminal
Bath is around an hour and forty-five minutes from Southampton port — far enough that it’s a proper day out, close enough that the timing works for a 6–7 hour cruise window. The drive itself is straightforward: M27 to the M3, A350 across to the city.
The city is compact and very walkable. I drop you near the Roman Baths in the centre, you do the walking circuit (Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, Pulteney Bridge, the Royal Crescent, the Circus), and we meet at a pre-agreed point when you’re ready to head back.
